The Davis Custom Builder reputation was created quite simply through quality craftsmanship and homeowner satisfaction.
As a result of their extreme commitment to quality and reputation, Davis Custom Builders advertises only through word of mouth and commits to just three to six homes per year. eing selective allows the builders to dedicate as much time as needed to the home owner making it as enjoyable and worry free as possible. The company was formed in 1984 with the union of Raycliffe Builders (Karen's father's company) and Davis Homes (Bill's Father's Company) creating a synergy that has made the company what it is today.
The company has been involved in many different levels of high-end construction ranging from single home builds to large upscale subdivisions in many parts of Ulster and Dutchess County. The hand-picked group of subcontractors used by Davis Custom Builders are made up of a tight-knit group of craftsman dedicated to their trade and used by Bill and Karen for over 15 years. In addition to the custom home market, Davis Custom Builders has a history of commercial construction and land development that included builds for both local business and nationally recognized franchises.
